We have been brokering MAI's products for many years now.  MAI is one of our Go To local lenders.  They have quality products with excellent rates, but what makes them really shine is their knowledgeable staff.  The AE really knows his stuff, and will go to bat for us when there is a little hair on a loan, and the UW staff is excellent as well, with clear communications and quick turn around times, even when things are busy.
