ACCOUNTANTS:

Analyze the requirements of different organizational units and identify specific output requirements and recommend the best possible business solutions.

Create process flow diagrams using VISIO. Test the design and effectiveness of internal controls by completing walk-throughs of complex business processes.

Ensure that the Cash Flow Analysis is in line with GAAP principals. Conduct periodic audit on the Companys financial systems and procedures, financial statements using Loan Vision, Quickbooks to ensure compliance with legal requirements and corporate policies.

Make sure mortgage and accounting software are proficiently integrated together helping streamline processes and eliminate errors and duplicate reconciliations which allows to evaluate and upload loan origination data and purchase and sales transactions to the G/L on a more effective basis.

Prepare Operating Budget based on the existing data of the Companys sales, expenses, current market state, competition, advertising, and generate a forecast for the year ahead.

Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance (any) is required. Bachelor’s degree in any of the above mentioned fields along with 5 years of experience in job offered or related occupation is acceptable in lieu of a Master’s degree. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable. Work location: Atlanta, GA.
